>>69200498Throwing someone under the bus is malicious mate, especially when they had no real reason to. Nobody knew about livers bullying until they said so. Nobody knew any names until they named themselves. That stuff is all dumb as hell but the fact that they went out to talk about this shit in the first place is just openly malicious. They had the option to say nothing at all. And it's not just one incident.
Selen's termination notice was full of attempts at disparaging her publicly, you can sort of still dismiss this as them just wanting to give a clear picture of why they fired her but the content and wording comes off as extremely petty. They also knew at this time that the person they were talking about had tried to commit suicide. All they had to do was say "due to difficulties with management NijiEN has decided to terminate Selen Tatsuki" and not go into specifics. Again, you can sort of handwave this away as them just being incredibly stupid.
The shareholder statement however? Nah dog. That can only be described as incredibly evil. If you genuinely believe this statement was meant for investors then I have a bridge to sell you. Even Riku himself publicly apologised for this shit because how blatantly bad it was. This wasn't a professional or even sensible statement. It said nothing to shareholders because it's nothing beside >'don't worry dawg it's negligible'
>How is losing one of our biggest EN talents negligible?>'......'No. Specifically saying a suicidal ex-employee 'departure' is negligible is just bafflingly evil. Might as well just have outright said "yea you won't be missed, try again"
