>>69219296>She claimed that she was no longer able to engage in her activities as a LiverShe wants out of her contract.
>due to the decisions made by ANYCOLOR, was being harassed by other Livers due to mismanagement, etc.She gave them a list of reasons why she should be released from her contract.
>Selen Tatsuki demanded that ANYCOLOR should be held legally responsible."It's your fault I need to get out of my contract, so I shouldn't have to pay penalties for breaking it."
>Selen Tatsuki insisted that if negotiations did not progress, she would proceed to release a statement regarding her claims to the public."Let me out or I'm going to go public."
They considered her HR complaint a serious enough threat that, instead of simply acquiescing to her request, they decided it better to terminate her with extreme prejudice while attempting to discredit her. It backfired tremendously, because they aired her claims before she even made them. It's like walking up to a random airport attendant and telling them that you DIDN'T plant a bomb. It raises eyebrows. They fucked up and made themselves look worse than if she had just gone public themselves. They legitimized her complaints by publicizing them against themselves.
All they had to do was rubber stamp her graduation and both parties would have gone their separate ways. Lawyers could have simply set up an NDA to make sure neither side talked after graduation. This is the biggest corporate own-goal I've ever seen. $100m lost because of sheer incompetence.
