>>69232468Nobody wants there to be a case. Not Doki, not Anycolor, certainly not the people implicated by Anycolor(and themselves) to have bullied her, nor the innocent livers caught in the crossfire.
>DokiIs confident enough that she has adequate receipts, but simply wants to move on with her life. That's why her demand to HR was to be let out of her contract OR she would post a public statement. It was an ultimatum. If she wanted to whistleblow, then she would have gone public first.
>AnycolorRecognized her claims had merit and tried to get ahead of the shitstorm by terminating and discrediting her. That failed and they only hurt themselves in the process. They should have just let her graduate in peace with an NDA stating she wouldn't talk. Riku absolutely wants this shit to be forgotten as soon as possible before the stock price drops any lower. He's smart enough to know that suing Doki is seriously bad PR.
>The Implicated Livers(who were only publicly implicated by Anycolor and themselves)Shouldn't want this to go to a trial. They released that 15 minute video trying to discredit her, and we saw how that went. They already lost in the court of public opinion. That's the one that matters when you are an entertainer and rely on your reputation to make a living. It would be much worse for them if it went to trial. It would only end in more bad PR for them. Even the Depp v Heard trial sisters are pushing as a narrative ended with people still blaming both sides. A trial would only draw more attention, cause more stress, and incur legal fees that livers frankly cannot afford.
>Innocent LiversHave nothing to do with this shit and just want it to be over so they can stream in peace. I feel bad for them on a basic level. But not an individual one, because it's impossible to know which ones are actually innocent. Which simply makes it even worse for them. They know that if this gets much bigger Riku WILL pull the plug on the branch. Assuming he hasn't already initiated plans to do so after he was humiliated. Best wishes to these men and women, however many exist.
All parties want to move on except for the fans and outsiders:
Doki's fans want justice for Doki.
Sisters want to murder Doki for "ruining the reputation of their company".
Honestly, certain livers implicated probably do too, but they should understand that the best course of action is to move on. Sane Nijifans either want this shit to blow over or want NijiEN to be held accountable so they can be forced to either improve or free their oshis.
Outsiders are split between wanting to see a black company's corruption exposed on moral grounds, or simply want to watch the fireworks.
