No one is suspended, though LK says one person was warned about PL posting about what is happening (not Fulgar, he had permission). They are being told to take time away if they need it or think that they and their mods can't keep their community in line while on stream. There is a gag order though. Niji corporate and Riku are livid about this shitshow. Since new hires have not been brought on, Elira is still woman in the middle and controls who hears what. It's only a matter of time until someone serious that speaks English is sent to manage them. The alternate discord that Elira runs is probably a seethe fest. If they are smart they are sweeping it up in there before higher ups see it.
As of right now Elira is getting shit from corporate but still in charge effectively, Riku and Co. don't know how bad things really are. Elira and crew want to lash out but will use third parties for now. They can't say anything themselves without permission.
