Stop and think for a bit sister, what did they expect to gain with that move?
I'll quote anon from that thread:
They didn't need to disclose the "harassment claim" on their 3 page termination notice, they did it because they thought they'd gain sympathy from doing it.
>b-but she threatened themYes, exactly. She threatened them, so they KNEW she would make a post after it, yeah?
If they knew she would make a post after, them making the post BEFORE her would never gather any kind of respect for them UNLESS they for some reason thought they would, like retards.
They couldn't have made that post expecting her to not make a post after, since, as implied, she would make a post anyway. Their winning condition wasn't doing that dumb move. But they did it anyway.
The question here is: why? Why did they decide to release that termination notice exposing everything if they knew she would expose even more after that? What did they want to gain with that? Why would they expect that saying "she claimed she was harassed" wouldn't cause her to say "that's true, I was"? And why would they think doing that would make people stand on their side, the side with the supposed, real or not, harassers?
So why did they make that claim? It makes no sense.
Hard mode: no "because they're retarded" answers
