Phone software captures motion data, and then ONLY the motion data is transmitted to the PC, received by the software that the Vtuber uses, which the software then uses to articulate the movement. What you are afraid of happening will not happen, at least to a Hololive vtuber, and most other software out there also take this sort of approach as FaceID is most accurate.

Basically, this happened to them, and it tanked their career. The technology Cover uses makes this impossible though.
