Management consistently and reliably doesn't do their job for perms, approvals, and does vindictive last minute cancellations which Selen was indisputably targeted by for over two years. It had gotten so bad to the point that AAA game studios were contacting her directly because management wouldn't do their one fucking job. The notice doesn't own up to any of that and just corpospeaks about authorization workflows even after they were busted for sending only one perm request to a producer then never following up after it went to the dude's spam box. Selen had to literally do their job for them and send another request just so they could get it. Pomu was another victim of cancellations.

They try to roll in a number of incidents where they were at fault as if it was somehow Selen's problem that they wouldn't do their job and were assholes. The incident where she was paying a contest reward out of her own pocket. when Niji fucked the fall guys tournament then dumped it on her including a forced on-stream corpospeak apology reading and 290562906092 incidents that stemmed from management not doing their job getting perms and approvals which was in line with nearly every liver's experience with Nijisanji EN management.
They didn't say anything about how they ghosted selen for 37 hours on a project that has been sending in perms for over a year and was on the calendar and schedule with outstanding issues.
They corpospeak'd around the crux of the issue claiming it lacked proper authorization when there's a whole clusterfuck going on. They claim it's cause it has ex-livers, who they own and didn't ask for over a year, but they also claim that the livers themselves can't show ex-livers period. But everyone knows Niji didn't follow this in the past, proceeded with the nina sticker and the cover with Pomu in it debuting this weekend.
They try to play up Selen saying they were privating the video as some big PR travesty when videos are routinely deleted entirely or taken down for days to weeks or even months for all sorts of issues depending on how hard it is to cut out the problems before it goes back up.
