Professionalism/likely orders from up top to not drag Hololive into the fray. Especially if it's not your company involved, there's no good reason to talk about another company's legal drama going on. Not only is potentially dangerous to your brand's image if you misspeak or say something about the situation that turns out to be unfounded, but also Hololive's professionalism means that they are likely not willing to talk about it anyway except via vague non-specific comments.
