Ina has a soft voice but it's soothing
Gura is the same, she lacks power in her voice
Ame is Soul, good to listen to for the authentic karaoke experience AKA just singing for fun and messing around

Mumei can have some nice power behind her voice but she's still at best when singing normally or quietly, sounds the best when in a properly produced track, not that good live especially when she keeps interrupting herself
Fauna is another quiet voice, more speak-sing than anything
Bae has some power behind her vocals, only one that actually tries
IRyS is one-tone and one-voice only, she very rarely shows power behind her singing and never changes her singing style, no real emotion while singing. She's good but her singing is very by-the-book, almost robotic.
Kronii is a member of Promise and she definitely sings sometimes for sure
I can't make a proper critique of Advent yet, need for them to be around for a bit longer but yeah, Nerissa is their best as of right now. WITH THAT SAID, karaokes are NOT supposed to be singing showcases anyway, they're supposed to be for fun. With that said.
>Bae is the full package, S tier- sings for fun and shows emotion while singing and also tries to have good technique, best overall, her studio work follows the same formula of being fun tracks but also raw and emotional even if her technique isn't the best. Fun is better than technique when it comes to hololive, hands down. Bae is the ONLY holoEN member to implement everything to her karaokes and produced work.
>Mumei A tier- Her produced work is always good, her karaokes are fun even if a bit hectic, she can sing with emotion and power when she really gives a damn to try at least once
>Gura A tier- Same as Mumei though she very rarely pushes her voice in karaokes, keeps it down to her mellow breathy tone which is still very pleasant. Fun karaokes. Can be emotional at times.
>Mori A tier- silly and fun, can sing stuff not of her genre unexpectedly well.
>Ame B tier- She's all about FUN, I appreciate her very much and her voice is still pleasant just to listen to with or without singing.
>IRyS B tier- good technique, karaokes can be good or bad depending on your preference, does a lot of JP songs (a LOT) but her EN singing is good even if she sings them all the same, her voice is pleasant enough to disregard and overall karaokes are fun too
