I know it is a baseless rrat that they may close EN branch like ID and KR. But by actually doing so would mean they cut an arm and a leg of their agency well being
According to the stats, 20% of human population speak English. In comparison, Chinese has 16%. Not to mention the Youtube environment is mostly English (66%) and Youtube still has larger exposure than B2 station
If Tazumi decides to leave the EN market and merge EN with JP and ID, that would cause actual serious damage to not only their reputation but also their money banks; and they will accept the fact that their Western audience will drop almost entirely and they no longer have a stand in the EN market
NijiJP EN clips may still exist to promote NijiJP in the West, but at this current state where HoloJP and other JP corpos and indies rising up and Holo clips spread like wildfire, even that will be hard to attract any new EN fans
