>>69452592The termination notice doesn't say she wanted to quit. I don't know if perhaps she couldn't just quit for some legal reasons, but if not, she didn't do that when she could have. I watched her return stream and she said she wanted to be able to say farewell to everyone - this would require returning, which they shouldn't let her do if she wouldn't agree to their rules. She also said she wasn't prepared to stream on Doki, she said she had only two days worth of preparation, which is when the termination notice came out. If she was quitting, wouldn't she have had more time to prepare for her return as Doki? She had plenty of time.
>>69452689>Niji just had to self report and cause this entire issue unpromptedI agree that this is what happened, but I don't understand why. She would have mentioned bullying on Doki anyway and people would've assumed it was the clique. The notice actually makes it look not as bad to me since it says "because of mismanagement." I think people are ignoring the details because they already have a narrative in their head.
>she specifically asked not toI don't see any proof of that and I wouldn't take her word for it because she was surprised by what her lawyer actually sent them.
>>69452731>Where the fuck did Selen or anybody mention anything about her wanting back in?The termination notice was all about negotiations for her return.
>She wanted to leave, they refused and dragged their feetThis was said nowhere and the evidence for it is bad.
>she sent the document to light a fire under their assThe document could only possibly have one outcome and it's what happened. The termination notice could say "Graduation Notice" instead, but the result would be the same.
>>69452820>why not just publish the entire documentBecause it would hurt both sides to read her long list of every time someone wronged her. Selen herself said she was in a dark place mentally while writing it and only intended for her lawyer to see it. She doesn't want it to be public and neither would Anycolor, since it's just her spilling her thoughts onto paper. It could be 300 examples of "Millie called me tubby off camera." Neither of them want that public.
>It's also insanely unprofessional and maliciousI don't feel that way. I wanted to know what was going on. I don't see why pointing out what her problems with the company were is them smearing her when they're the ones who look bad for it.
>>69452977Take your meds.
>>69453403I guess this is a difference in perspective. You seem to be upset they made their talents look like assholes. My perspective is, if their talents are assholes, I want to know. I'm not going to blame them for that. Also
>My problem with Nijisanji ENYou mean "One of my problems," right?
