Recently I have heard many normalfags claim that Nijisanji's black corp antics are pretty standard for a JP corporation. Even the lawyer was saying the stuff they do is kinda standard practice. We don't have many vtuber org comparisons except for Hololive who clearly has FAR better moral and ethical standards in how they treat their employees (almost comical how black-and-white it is).

The question is, is it actually Cover that is the major exception? Are they "westernized"? Or is the "all JP corpos act like Niji" narrative total bullshit and Riku is just a sociopath?
