My local grocery store would blast their theme song jingle, but their building was too old/cheap for a store-wide speaker system. So they had four 1990's style boomboxes sitting on shelves, playing their song on loop, OUT OF SYNC, from four different locations. In most parts of the store you could hear two at once and it was maddening. I don't know how their staff didn't go completely mad.
