If you mean those trad right wing women commentators, i really think its a case of "it wont happen to me", they think all the women will be sent back to the kitchen but somehow it wont happen to them, and i dont even mean in a very straightforward way, more like a vague haven't thought about it kind of way. This isn't unique to the right in any way. If you mean more patriotic pro us women, then there's no issue, freedom and all that, its a coherent view.
