The girls continue existing even when they aren't streaming or tweeting. They talk to each other, on discord or otherwise. You have literally zero basis for assuming Gura and Amelia aren't on speaking terms anymore, or that Ina is being shut out from the group, or that Mori avoids Kiara because of the dyke thing.
They've also been communicating with their senpais with varying degrees of success. All the idiots being shocked about Mori's collab partner being Korone was baffling when literally during her first month she mentioned talking to Korone about Blasphemous and other topics. Even if Gura and Ame can't speak enough Japanese to communicate properly, they've definitely gotten DMs from their senpais which either the sender or receiver can google translate as needed.
Stop assuming that the interactions you see live on stream are the only ones that ever happen. Stop assuming you have anything even vaguely resembling a proper overview of the girls' interpersonal relationships and social lives. And take your meds.
