>>69610735because Elira has to be at the top of company hierarchy within the clique, probably decided on the termination notice as well. Enna doing the stream would probably have gone over even worse because she just isnt believable and was already under suspicion before, same for millie. not sure if enna and millie would be legally allowed to read the document even. I assume Elira did, and I also assume she told Vox what was in it, since it was in japanese and he doesnt speak JP as far as I know.
Im not even sure if Eliras endgame with that stream was to actually change public opinion, I doubt she was stupid enough to think thatd work, I assume it was a legal move, trying to get doki to break NDA on stream or sth. that would protect them from what they apparently still assumed was going to be a lawsuit. I also assume she tried to get vox and Ike onboard to spread the blame over the entire branch, not just over clique, if thats true as well, her goal was to look better in front of the japs. I wonder if shes afraid to get terminated or sued and lose her visa. the stream makes more sense if you assume elira played that card to prevent a lawsuit against the company cause of her cliques actions, and maybe to win some points for taking the L publicly? for a talent to burn their own channel for the company might actually end up being a plus. Even if thats true though, she miscalculated, because I dont think she understands rikus and the suits businessplans, because she did this over an HR complaint that wasnt really a danger and because clique was leaked after that. Maybe before it wouldve been possible to take the loss as a branch and bury the evidence, but now, who knows whats going to happen to them.
I dont know enna well, but I did hear that her birthday stream made like 1/3rd or so of last years revenue.
