Because the ironmouse was run by twitch streamers who treat ironlung like a make-a-wish kid, that award show is one giant circlejerk, the streamies on the other hand include vtubers from every platform, not just twitch, and the show is not run by the very same streamers receiving awards

The real answer is neither of them matter the streamies were and attempt to do an actual awards show for youtubers and other such content creators that no one cares about, and the Streamer Awards are just a huge circlejerk for big twitch streamers and big twitch streamers who youtube pays millions of dollars to stream on youtube.

Basically, Iron Lung won a Twitch-only vtuber awards show where entries had to be manually inputted by viewers. The one Gura won is where everybody on Twitch, Youtube, and even Kick (lmao) were included, so Gura's is way more prestigious.
