Ok, so here it goes. Elira and Vox have both been shadow suspended, yet the most recent yab shows that someone still orchestrates Niji to push on with public relation schemes. Elira has been rightfully identified as NijiEN management, but people failed to discuss her point of contact with the NijiJP branch who would honestly be at a director level.
Now, Nijisanji has shown they will desperately make moves to protect this said individual from being outed as the source of mismanagement. 3 livers tanked a public smear campaign against Doki and even Riku bowed. Meanwhile talent has not been reprimanded over the incident instead of choosing the path of the incident blowing over and small PR victories to restore their image from being a Black company. This is a ridiculous path to take instead of cleaning up house, thus this NijiJP director is well protected in upper management circles.
Here is where the rrat begins, Elira has received numerous benefits and is considered the queen of EN. Is this favortism just due to being a pseudo branch manager and misusing her power? The maliciousness of Elira was well hidden if the current rrats are to be believed, but another reason to consider is that a she has a certain relationship with undisclosed NijiJP manager. This would still explain her power dynamic in the clique but furthermore also support why even the absence of Elira someone still is out to get Doki. They are honestly provoking the situation into a legal battle so they can be the defendants in the situation. This NijiJP manager who remember Riku bowed on their behalf due to the influence on the main branch, follows some draconian stupid shit that makes all of EN banzai.
Once this individual is named and the relationship exposed (a certain someone has receipts) the yab of a manager / talent affair would be the downfall of not just EN, but create irreparable damage to the JP branch.
