This is how I view each one and why they graduated.
>PomuShe was an office lady clearly fed up with her job and found success via vtubing, and it helps that she has an incredibly cute voice, is a hag and very knowledgeable of internet culture, and is an actual otaku. I know she said she wanted to spread love for Nijisanji in the west, but I think at some point she stopped believing that and it became clear she just lived for fans. She appreciated Pomies and they were the ones that pushed her to continue, so her leaving to me makes it clear that NijiEN was a shitshow well on it's way to become an even bigger one if Pomu didn't want to weather that storm for her fans. And I'm glade she didn't;she gave us her very best.
>NinaI feel bad for her. I know about her PL shit, but I think she genuinely saw NijiEN as a new leash on life and I believed her when she said she'd work her ass of to make the most of the opportunity, so to see her be excluded by her own wave is really sad. I'm glad it seems that they did patch things up, but I think Nina's optimism was crushed with the way her wavemates treated her, so she sought refuge in Luxiem and became their accessory, and at that point in her career I think it was both out of personal benefit to her via leeching and because she came to see the guys as friends, but eventually she realized that she left fans behinds, and the bullying from insane Luxiem fujos grew to be too much. I respect her grind however, she played the algorhythm just right and was the most subbed female in EN at one point.
>SelenSome else very passionate and I think the most distinguishing feature is that among vtubers, I don't think I've seen anyone else that wants to get her community as involved in the things she does as Selen. Because of what happened to her I do believe there are bullies in management, I believe a clique exists, but I don't know if I buy the LARP that essentially places the entire blame on Enna, Elira and Millie, even if we do know Enna and Millie have a history of bullying because of what happened to Nina.
