It's such a nebulous category because there's so many factors that it can't be given a singularly correct answer. The best, and most accurate, answer is that you can just tell when a woman is stradding that line, or when she's gone over it. Sometimes that line is further out from Thin than average, sometimes that line is thicker and she has more leeway with how much she can step over it; but you can tell when the chub goes from Hot to Too Much.
