There's definitely an accent there, and I heard parts where she seemed to forget the words. When she was asked to speak Japanese before, she got flustered and you could hear her click for something.
I don't think it matters if she's actually Japanese or not, but to me, I think it matters she lied about it and is RPing as a Japanese person. From her English, there are parts where she slips up and she sounds very Indonesian, but in Japanese, her accent reminds me of PH Japanese.
