Those comments from Enna are not fully about Selen but the schemes of Elira.
The rumours of a clique are in fact true as Elira is trying to nepo her entire social circle into Nijisanji.
It's not just Enna and Millie as people think.
The 3 are also close friends IRL of Shu, Uki, Wilson and Claude.
All 4 of them were even members of a self managed Vtuber group called Hanamori.
Leaving aside that you people should realize how absurd it is to think so many of her personal friends from the same group joined the same company, it should also be obvious to you what this does within Nijisanji.
Elira and her friends have created a space where everyone inside gets preferred treatment as they try to unite their voices and opinions when talking to managers.
Over time, the likes of Vox joined cause he realized whats in it for him. This was around the time he said he stops certain content. (He longer needs to do it).
Selen was never part of the group and none of the others actually considered her a friend but an obstacle.
Elira intends to carry Hanamori into Nijisanji and establish them as the top talents in EN and Selen was regarded a threat to the idea for being more popular and the group talked shit to managers. The same happened with Zaion in a way but solely because they didn't like her.
Mind you, these aren't strangers but friends for years which are speaking up at once. A single person management can brush aside but not when multiple people at once voice out so called "concerns and problems" with someone else.
Some of the other talents have begun to realize what is going on the latest since Claude joined but try to endure cause they think they cant go anywhere else after Niji anyway and don't want to lose the community they made. This is mainly Rosemi, Scarle and Sonny.
There is major drama in the Discord and management as Elira's group make threats of leaving all at once if she has to go, claiming Niji needs them more than they need Niji as they know they have loyal fans who follow them back to indies.

Elira and her group chatted up management for the idea to help turn the tides to get back at Selen but management realized they caused the exact opposite. Management in EN have lost their patience and Riku is fuming over what is going yet but are at a current standstill due to the threat of all of them intending to leave.
Riku considers EN as valuable for the company and expressed how he can't let them go without EN sinking as a whole.
He spoke to some of them over Discord VC, I can't know what exactly happened in solo calls but Enna came out, was asked how it went and mocked Riku for being so upset in group voice.
