The mighty lion roars in triumph! Almost two months after her daughter Tokoyama Towa won the Mario Kart New Year's Cup, holomama Rurudo scores her first IndieCar series championship in very convincing fashion, finishing 2nd at Cleveland when she needed 17th or better! With that, she also becomes the first Honda driver to win it all since the 8th series. All she needed to do was not mess things up at the end, and luckily for her she didn't.
Now with IndieCar out of the picture until May, we get into corpo racing. First, we have Formula Holo next weekend, rounds 5 and 6 at Barcelona and Montreal; then we have the CorpoCar East Series and CorpoCar West Series throughout March and April, where the best drivers from each feeder series will get to compete in the CorpoCar World Series in June. That, I'm curious to see what happens, as many newcomers from minor corpos will be showcased in the VTRP for the first time.
Thanks as always for tuning into these very exciting races! That was an especially fun series to witness. Can't wait to see how it will be with more FHWC action as well as CCE and CCW. See you all next week for more racing fun~
