Is it possible that they are going for a 1v1 battle in a Canadian court as opposed to a liver vs company situation? Elira can probably sue for libel when she gets back home.

How would Elira sue Selen? Selen hasn't said shit about her. Niji self-reported about the harassment and then Elira self-reported by implicating herself, Enna and Millie. If Elira tried to sue Selen for libel she'd get laughed out of the court.
