StarsEN: more annoying but still not major issue, they pushed hard to get perms to collab with NijiEN, but have not collabed a ton with them lately and they have enough members nowadays that they can largely fill their time with internal collabs
HoloJP: have some high-profile enough cross-company friendships that they might just say "oh look here's my friend, a PNG in sunglasses, anyhow let's get to the stream" and damn the consequences, would wreck some recent connections though and talents would be unhappy
StarsJP: actual devastation, they usually collab with Niji multiple times a week, they run in the same FPS circles, numbers mean they would be instantly dropped from tournaments/intercompany events if the organizers had to pick between them and Niji
They already know Niji management will do stupid petty shit for literally no reason, and the boys are fine with using their PLs for this sort of thing anyway, so why risk it?
