In February 2023, Elira went to Japan to be on a segment of Game-bu in 3D. (can't remember when it premiered)
In April/May 2023, Elira and Finana got Home3D
In October 2023, Elira and Finana went to Japan to (rumored:) be part of Obsydia's and Ethyria's 3D debut recordings (which now have to be re-recorded because of Selen's termination). Wouldn't be surprised if they also were part of 3D skit recordings for Obs/Eth as well.
In December 2023 Pomu went to Japan to be part of a NijiFes singing contest in 3D. (model still had issues)
In January 2024 Pomu finally got her Home3D (it was still a broken mess)
Pomu mentioned earlier in 2023 that she tried to reserve time in the 3D studio to do recordings, but they told her shit was booked like a year in advance (doubt it, they just don't care about EN)
So it's a mix of management not allowing them to reserve personal time in the studio, management not reserving "official" time in the studio sooner, and them having to scrap and re-do a bunch of work because of Selen's termination.
