Uruka is definitely less yab than most of PC but I doubt she will get poached.
However, she has expressed interest in collabing with girls outside of PC and she definitely has a higher chance then some of the other girls with getting a Holo Collab.

Yeah Rie and Lia did a collab with Ollie and Flayon.
Honestly I think Pippa herself is dodging Holo cause she auditioned for them in the past and got denied.
I feel like people think Phase has a worse reputation then it does, their talents are unhinged but they aren't brand risk.
Watch some OOC stuff from Dizzy, those streams are my favorite.
