Selective moderation is the worst because nobody will really know where the line is, while a monetary investment will incentivize people to self censor and be on their best behavior. Unrestricted chat only leaves chubas with the dilemma of who to respond to if a peasant makes a good comment but a member is trying to say something retarded, thereby leaving them the choice between ignoring/offending a paypig or rewarding idiocy. It's better if all the high iq chatslaves become paypigs themselvesor piss off, as a streamers' paypigs are the best reflection of their fanbase and it shows vod watchers whether or not the chuba fosters a healthy community.
