I will not be surprised if Kiara and Pomu actually wanted a collab with only the two of them but Elira decided to wiggle in to show Pomu who's the boss one last time, so Kiara brought Nerissa in to balance it out.
Then there's also the Niji "management" misinforming Kiara about Pomu's graduation date.
If Elira really is the liaison, that would make complete sense because of timezones and their general incompetence.
