Favourite games and anime are just shit lists to have in general, I loved X anime, but I don't love it enough to talk about those 30 episodes for years or thinking about it a lot. I'd rather know it from a random stream, when someone mentions it and you will have random discussion about it, while grinding some shitty game like Minecraft.
What is there that you can say about yourself that will persist throughout your streaming career.
It feels like the best way to do it is to have goals, some debut surprise/present and just talk with your viewers.
