Why is it that no one makes videos, games, or fanart for Nijisanji? The creative members of the vtuber community are spending all of their time and energy on hololive content. Why is that?

Because their fanbase consists mostly of casuals, normies and twittards/tumblrites. These groups of people aren't the type to dedicate themselves to making high quality fan content, with the sole exception of tumblr-quality fanart.

Because Nijisanji actively copystrikes them for using their IP.
That's literally the answer.
Also, it's hard to make a game or such for Niji when you're not sure if the liver you're making a game for will graduate at any time (see Selen's fan made game).

This has been an issue in Nijisanji well before Selen came and left. Striking anyone who tries to bolster your community is pretty retarded, though. hololive understands the value of creative publicity.
