We can only infer based off what's already happened, including the change of guard from Omega (or whatever it represented) to Mr Jap and how relations changed between holos and homos afterwards, the focus on tempus content/management instead of EN content in 2022 (mostly dead main channel, embarrassing year-long management failures like project hope), and the fact that the 3D studios are shared resources (no, the homos don't have their own dedicated studio)
...all strongly indicates that the staff and resources between holos and holos was very interlinked back then
Now, hopefully the only thing that's shared are the 3D studios and Cover's refusal to create dedicated holo-only social modia
