Her declaring she’s has an illness and being transparent about it is not a burden of proof, as the other party isn’t accusing of something when she made the original claim, which is years before she was even a Vtuber. Sure, you might want to play the card that nowadays that can be a burden of proof because she’s getting accused of for example “aren’t you dying”, but even in that case Mouse is at a reasonable doubt with them, as they have insufficient evidence to prove the claim she was dying.
