I do honestly think her entire thing is being cute and little else, and it really doesn't help that fans discuss that aspect of her and nothing else.
This might also be a controversial opinions, each new outfits of hers is worse than the last, but to me that speaks of how great her initial one is and IIRC, her artist supposedly is MIA or something, which I sympathize with; her two new outfits look amateurish, and it really doesn't help that Petra's second outfit is pure sexo and utterly mogs both hers and Selen's.
I think people clearly appreciated her creativity being directed towards streams rather than stuff that people will have to go out of their way to engage with.
Also, it has been said, but really, her game choice is atrocious and it's weird she shelved games like Sekiro, never started Elden Ring, never played Yakuza despite supposedly having Majima as a husbando.
I do agree her streams aren't as bad and you are right, DMC and GTA were good, but those and Tekken have been her best streams for me since she quit, and that collab slump was real and I think what kneecapped her earnings. I agree she got over it, but her humor at debut was better. But in fairness to her, maybe unsustainable.
Debut Rosemi was more like amusement from her being so sheltered, and autistic tendencies like panting and her weird laugh.
I found that more enjoyable than her being "sassy" which to me often translates to trying really hard to fit in clique people like Enna, Elira, Vox and Luca.
Also god, that Luca arc did her no favors
