>>70696056>you can argue that they have X hours of streaming per month planned which is generating revenue.Unlikely, as we already know they aren't salaried employees. I imagine the biggest threat they have is costs involved in the model and such, they could claim that defaulting the contract means they lose money on the model as they are not exactly transferrable, but that's something I doubt a court would back them on.
>I don't expect it to be enforceable, I just expect it to be there. It's possible, I just don't think it's there as this would have scared off anyone who isn't especially dense, and it would come up much more from their auditions and such. Many of the people who audition for Nijisanji have some experience in the industry and some are genuine veterans, I can't imagine this wouldn't have come up if it were true.
>Memes aside, Nijisanji did tar and feather a girl twice after her suicide attempt.Oh yeah they are certainly not going to be morally opposed to doing such dark shit, it's just that most black companies don't even bother with that garbage as it's too easy to come back to bite you in the ass and isn't particularly effective either. Much simpler to just slap on 'no compete' clauses and NDAs to silence ex employees than to threaten them with flimsy nonsense that would get your ass completely exposed in the first lawsuit your company finds itself in.
