She was detached from the others and really uninvolved and uninterested in the branch. They used her as a work-slave to create all the the overlays and stuff since management was basically a nonexistent factor.
She was easily the least popular girl back then. Although...compared to these new girls she would be considered middle of the road.
As for the numbers? It depends on if JP shows up, they might not even care whose 3D they're watching. In that case the numbers would be much the same.
But if a good portion of the viewers are EN fans, you can expect lower viewership. The branch significantly declined since Elira's stream. Plus Petra is like, 1/4 of Elira's popularity in sheer numbers.
