Second, there are plenty of main characters that are immoral, yet they nonetheless are characters people self insert into. See Rance, or any hentai protagonist, many of which rape.
The main character thinking differently than you do makes him less perfect for you. But you have twisted reality to turn being less perfect of a self-insert for you into being a perfect self-insert.
You are not only wrong, you have a delusional view of the world which forces your conclusion when not even your supporting details contribute towards it. You are using someone being out of norm to claim he is bland. Think about that stupidity.
