One, this isn't management, it's supporting your genmates with your work.
Two, I remember anons at the time being very crosses with Cover for these exact reasons, to the point that for a good while one of the ritualposts in /hlgg/ was "What Cover should do for its EN branch".
Three, eventually Cover got better and fixed their mistakes.
Nothing of what I said applies to Nijisanji.

Even if the shit you're trying to peddle was true that would just mean that cover got their shit together and anycolor did not
Not only all the EN girls talk at some point about doing shit with their managers but also the EN management is public enough that we know who their Director is
And as the anon above me pointed out
The bad period in regard to Omegatranny is despised by both the fans and the girls
to this day i have no issues going nuclear on cover whenever they fucked up and i will continue to do so

Myth were furious with the original EN project manager and their were contract issues that got heated in 2022. They became more cynical in how they referred to management and that was the time when HoloEN started having those radio silent health breaks. The rrat that Omega was his self insert character makes sense because Council were annoyed with him being added to their lore. The original manager was either sexist even by Japanese standards or was the type of manager that listens to employee complaints but would never bring them up with upper management.

After they hired a new EN project manager it was noticeable that Cover stopped using Omega and deleted all the videos from his channel. The new project manager has vaguely referred to changes that are slowly being made and they do seem far more optimistic for 2024.
