Incoming rrat. This isn't so different from the Gurrat (and many of the leaks were on there) there seems to be a private discord (owned by Elira) without managers from very early on in NijiEN history which was later where the leak of toxic msgs regarding Hololive (in the vent/rant ch) took place and is *allegedly* where Millie's GC stream occurred among other things. Millie's GC stream as we know involved multiple livers, but there are several livers who we are certain didn't take part b/c they were streaming at the same time: Pomu (who later asked what happened implying she wasn't in the disc when it was planned), Selen, Nina, and Rosemi. Interesting thing is that some time after this, Selen revealed there was a private disc she wasn't on which (XSOLEIL?) joined first and mingled with current members before entering the main discord. Selen was knowledgable of this fact and the existence of this other discord, which might imply it was the same discord discussed earlier and she along with the other 3 among others left/were kicked from (Selen and Rosemi are shown to have been in the discord at least up until the toxic leaks). During the production of the Last Cup of Coffee, Selen was allegedly confronted by *many* of the members together asking that she graduate and leave the company or she would be resented by a *majority* of the branch. Them doing this together could imply they were the members of this discord and it was there that they spoke behind her back (as Selen said she has receipts of), ostracized her (potentially alongside the other three), and discussed there desire for her to go. Also alleged to the Selen leaks, multiple/a majority (depending on inference from wording) individuals graduated on not-good terms (possibly including Nina, there were only 3 others at the time). All of this is to say, the treatment of Selen may have been a kind of outcast and ostracizing, furthered by her non-involvement with their activities and additional difficulty with working with her (potentially due to having to go through official management or DMs rather than just on the discord with everyone else), which would then have been the same case for the other three who were not in the discord. Three of the four are already now graduated or terminated, and I hate to doom post but Rosemi would be next then. No way to know though unless Niji leaks even more for us.
(This also sort of very loosely corroborates the statement made by Pomu's PL that she didn't know things would get like this, sort of implying a gradual decay in relationship from this ostracizing but only very loosely, so not really).
On a separate note, this might imply that Elira's taking the initiative to make the black stream statement on her stream was less because she was the most involved, but simply b/c of her leadership position in the EN group (at least the majority who are in the discord). After all, not a ton of evidence of her potential for such severe bullying exists (beyond alleged notes regarding her PL). The favoritism might (on top of management's leaked obsession with analytics) simply be a product of those the discord being more unified in their actions and vouching for one another. Vox and Ike's involvement instead of others could be for any number of reasons that go beyond the scope of this rrat spinning.
