I also laugh silently like her, but it isn't completely natural because I had to laugh silently or my mom would go apeshit and destroy my stuff for being too loud. She was an insane control freak. Even though I live on my own now I still laugh completely silently since it's just a habit after doing it for so many years.

She doesn't. Her laugh is just quieter than normal, it's not fully silent.
Most streamers use noise filtering to reduce background sounds, Kaela's laugh gets caught by it. When she played that car game that let you record your own sound effects, she showed off how much her stream audio filters stuff out by comparing it to the record game audio.

A couple of years ago I lost the ability to audibly laugh for a few months. Not sure why that happened, stress maybe.
Laughing like that wasn't very pleasant because the back of my head and neck tensed up a lot.
