>>70975278It's funny how much of a red flag that Gura question is. On the surface you might think it's pretty innocent "how do you deal with difficult tasks" but the language used and the type of question give away a lot about the work environment.
>How do YOU plan to compete with someone like Gawr GuraI've been asked this type question a couple of times in interviews and it's always using the company perspective "how should WE compete with Gawr Gura" as this gives you a lot of information about the applicant (how will they approach challenges, how do they see themselves within the company, what do they expect from the company etc.) The question isn't all that different but you learn so much more AND you get to inspire confidence in the applicant that the company doesn't see them as an outsider (and you want applicants to believe this)
