Assuming Leaker is real, looking back at what might have differences, the only thing that might look off from GURRAT would be the last part mentioning the company, if we were to believe the clique controls middle management and liaison between EN talents and JP management. Assuming Selen has to talk to the clique regarding the reasons for why she wanted to graduate, they would have already known the reasons on why she would want to leave, which is probably after last cup of coffee debacle on Dec 25. Between Dec 25 and Jan 26, we can assume that Selen attempted once and subsequently a second time a few weeks later which no one other than people closest to her know. (What I didn't reveal to anyone and only my parents and therapist knew was that it was not one attempt but two, which happened a few weeks after the first. - Doki, Feb 14). The clique probably knew about the first one but did not know about the second one until after Feb 5, when she sent in the documents into the company.
According to the twitter post from Doki on Feb 5 "I requested to leave first but on more neutral terms on 26th Jan." We can also assume that she has also told the company (The Clique), she attempted once and it would be best for both of them to leave on good terms. Since the clique is scared of the JP side knowing about how they might have potentially drove someone to suicide, they probably did not report anything regarding about it to JP, only that Selen is hard to work with and always breaking multiple rules. Assuming the clique has power to dole out suspensions, JP probably thought Selen was just under suspension and was not asking to be terminated since Selen would not have access to any of the liver accounts for contact. According to this quote (On Feb 5th, my lawyer discussed and said it will be best to show the document I wrote to the other lawyers as we have not heard from them for a week or any negotiation talks or given a meeting to discuss after my request to part. - Doki, Feb 14), she probably sent the medical documents and other reasonings for why she wants to leave the company directly to JP. JP side probably only noticed now that the clique has been omitting information regarding Selen for a while and in order to save their own asses, they probably tried to silence her by making her sign the Eternal NDA Legal Mindset showed the other day, but Doki probably did not sign it. This might be the part where the JP side got a hold of the situation like Zaion, being contacted by someone similar to Yoshi mentioned in the Slack screenshot. This might also be the part where JP side not knowing what to do about it, sent the whole package to the clique to confirm if what Selen sent was correct or not (Vox thoroughly read the whole thing). Since Doki would not sign the contract, she got the big termination letter on Feb 5, noting every single thing she was fired for: some probably taken from clique's report to JP and some probably taken from Selen's lawyer letters to the JP management. Finding out certain livers are mentioned in the termination letter (Feb 5) and Doki not signing the eternal contract, the clique came together to blackmail Doki to stop her from saying anything further but she ignored them since she went back to being Doki. Since the public sentiment is not going their way, the clique decided to come together and form a narrative and drops the black stream on Feb 12.
Furthermore, if we were to believe Millie taking over the role of head management to be true, it also lines up the fact that Elira has been weird lately on her social media and has not streamed once since the black stream. We can also concur that she might be having trouble with JP management after being found out that the clique has been lying to them for sometime now and the CEO only noticed after the stocks has been dropping substantially. This also helps the case of making the "negligible" IR document sent out from JP side, not fully aware of the impact it might have on the situation, either unaware of Selen's attempts due to disinformation from clique or just due to pure malice. Another thing that does not add up was the difference between the black stream and the CEO apologizing stream since it might also point to Riku not actually being aware of what is happening in EN side. This could even be bigger than the clique because it seems like there are people like Yoshi from middle/upper management who has the most to lose if EN sinks so it might just be that most of the people who are working in EN side are just hiding information from CEO or upper management.
