Doki specifically said to not take it to the livers but management, and Riku seconded the sentiment, but you know that when a toxic workplace is formed, it doesn’t just come from the top. There are undoubtely plenty of bad actors that any decent HR would have thrown down a peg, but once they got away with it they decided to double down.
Doki just opened all closets and the skeletons just flew off. She knows everyone would be hit by the backlast, rotten apple spoiling the bunch, and professionally decided the best response was to say to respect them all and blame the enablers/worse part.
And yet nothing is changing which means we are rolling the dice as we speak on who gets kicked around next. My bets are on Petra, since Rosemi already wisely decided to cut all bridges and it’s making her own personal fame outside the “family”.
