As far as male collaboration goes, I would argue that it's often more so not dating guys rather than not having at male collaboration. Take the group Under17. I would consider Haruko Momoi as an idol even though the guitarist Masaya Koike was a guy. She is multi-talented, hard working, and an entertainer that I would consider inspirational.
Going to hololive, I think the only ones that really inspire me personally are Fuwamoco and Suisei. Don't get me wrong - I don't have anyone in hololive I dislike, but I see them as entertainers, streamers, or just musicians. I don't really feel inspired them. Your answer may vary, and that's ok. Idolize who you want.
