Every holoEN gen WILL have someone that is bilingual in EN and JP, this is the future. They see how valuable it is to have them potentially move to japan and also interact with the JP holos and staff, it opens so many more doors for them that it's just too good to pass up. Don't be surprised if future EN gens have ALL members speak JP and EN, or at least 4 out of 5, 3 out of 5 or something like that. And keep in mind no matter what their Japanese level is, ALL OF THEM at some point will have to record themselves singing a song in Japanese, no exceptions. Their covers or official songs for Cover, they will have to. You will never escape fax machines and you will never escape holoENs speaking japanese.
