You have an interesting comparission between Reinhard and Wen Li, in that Reinhard is a representation of an ideal authoritarian and Wen Li is the perfect representation of an ideal democrat/republican/system go vote count and ultimately I think Yang persuades me more towards his side, than anyone in the Galactic Empire does.
