They don't have "constant JP-only streams" and the streams they do have in JP are almost always collabs with JP holos.
If you watched streams, you'd also know that moving to Japan as a dream of their before hololive. Hololive was an opportunity to fulfill their dream, because they're frankly turbo weebs. As far as the whole overdone "they're abandoning EN for JP," it's bullshit, and just the evidence is that
