It's definitely not something like cancer but it is something that's fucked with his respiratory system and he's gotten multiple ドクターストップ's in the 6 months prior to the announcement.
Point is, it's not some vague "oh it's studies" or "oh I'm sick with [generic disease here]" or "oh I'm traveling" statement like literally every other stealth suspension. It's 100% health issues and ones you could very easily see just by watching his streams and seeing the context of him telling stories about what were presumed to be minor doctor visits that had some clowny event happening in them (like meeting an ex)
which you guys don't do as this is an EOP board. He also explicitly says it's not a hiatus because he's not even sure if he can come back despite wanting to. Feel free to call me a Kurosanji shill though, since I believe Maimoto's is the one case where it's actually legitimately a health break.
