The Q4 figures will cover the period starting February 1, and February is the month when the impact of Pomu leaving and Selen's termination will hit. My expectation is the EN results will be catastrophically bad, and that will almost certainly trigger a gigantic stock selloff. I don't know exactly when the Q4 results will be released, sometime in late May or early June probably. If Riku is leaving we'll probably hear about it before then.
If he sells as expected, we have NO IDEA what will happen to Nijisanji because we don't know what the new owners will do with it. We could see a major reorganization and rebranding in an effort to turn the company around, or we could see them continue to be mismanaged into the ground.
As it's presently constituted, Niji EN cannot continue - morale is super-low, and many of their vTubers have super-low view counts. They need to graduate everyone who is unhappy and wants out (basically every female Liver except maybe the clique), and just keep Vox and a few of the other high-view male Livers. They will then need to rebrand the survivors as something new and essentially redebut everyone in an attempt to turn the page.
If things continue as they are and nothing changes and Riku rides this all the way to the bottom, then I think EN folds in very late 2024 or early 2025, with JP staggering along for a couple more years. But I don't think that's how things will play out; I think the company is going to be sold and then it's anyone's guess as to what happens.
