It was set to have Selen, Reimu, Nerissa, and Zentreya; but Selen was hospitalized and suspended (the suspension prevented Reimu from even acknowledging Selen's existence, much less announcing that she couldn't make the stream at all, or that she was in the hospital)
The one with Ollie and Kaela was booked before Selen was Zaioned but streamed after, I think it had been delayed due to one of them having some sort of problem with their copy of the game. That one was the first ever (and last ever) triple collab with Holo ID and Niji EN and Vshojo.
